Our standard Support Options are free and are available throughout your free trial and paid subscription.

Support Options

Bryt offers multiple support options, including:

Bryt Knowledge Base – this is our comprehensive documentation on the features and functionality of the Bryt System.

GUIDE ME Tours –  Interactive walk-throughs that guide our users to learn-by-doing.  Bryt uses GUIDE ME Tours to assist our users in implementation and in learning new features in the Bryt system.

Product Videos –  Browse our library of product videos designed to help you understand the features and functions of the Bryt System.

Chat Support –  Chat support is available to all users. Simply click the “Chat” link located at the bottom of the “Need Help?” Widget.


Email Support –  Email support is available to all users, regardless of the product purchased. Simply click the “Email Support” link in the “Bryt Support Options” of the “Need Help?” Widget.


Telephone Support – Telephone support is available to all users, regardless of the product purchased.


One-on-One ZOOM Sessions – These sessions are individualized screen sharing training sessions with a Bryt support representative. 


Support Hours

Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding Holidays.
