Set up the trigger event

Choose a convenient automation trigger event from the drop-down menu to alert our system to create your chosen document template.

Give a date

Set up the date after the trigger event to create the selected document by selecting a number from the drop-down menu.

Turn “Auto Email” on

Send auto emails to the respective borrower(s) associated with a loan on the specified date by selecting ‘Yes’ in the next prompt. And voila! You are all set.

No, Bryt doesn’t charge you for the custom document template module. Creating your own document templates is easy. Using Microsoft Word, you can create custom document templates in Bryt.  Simply modify your document in Word and insert the variables using the Microsoft Word “mail merge” option.  Choose merge fields representing almost every data point in the Bryt system.  And don’t worry; if you need assistance, our support team will be there to help you get started.
