Prior to Bryt Software, Bob founded myStaffingPro, a pioneering applicant tracking software that transformed the recruiting and HR industry. After its successful acquisition by Paychex in 2012, Bob briefly explored retirement before returning to his entrepreneurial roots with Bryt Software in 2017.

He is now driven by the mission to provide lenders with an intuitive and affordable cloud based lending software solution. His leadership and strategic acumen have positioned Bryt Software as a leader in user-friendly, transparent lending software solutions.
